Zebra/Tiger ZS Twist bowstrings and Zebra cables are regular maintenance items. They are not covered under warranty. This means if your string gets cut or frayed it is non refundable. If you feel your string is defective due to manufacturing then you can send it back and a refund will be determined. If it is found to be factory defective then a new string will be sent to you. If it is not a factory defect then the original string will be returned.

If you plan on ordering a string for a recurve bow, make sure it can handle the new synthetic fibers. Most older model recurve bows may be damaged by low stretch fibers. Bowstrings Unlimited assumes no responsibility for recurve bows damaged by Zebra or Tiger strings.

Note: all Zebra Strings are checked for quality and defects by Zebra at the manufacturing  plant and by Bowstrings Unlimited before it is shipped to you.
