Q. Why do you have us choose two different colors when ordering?
A. We have you choose two different colors because the two colors you choose are twisted together to form a multicolored string.

Q. My Credit Card Statement goes to my P.O. box and I want my package to go to my house or work. can I do that?
A. Yes you can have your package shipped elsewhere. You will see the option as you check out.

Q. I don't trust ordering over the internet. Is it safe?
A. Ordering over the internet is more secure than using your telephone. Just make sure it is a secure connection. Some sites do not offer secure connections when ordering. Bowstrings Unlimited DOES offer a secure service. When you order you will notice the web address will change from http to https. Also, we do not store ANY credit card information.

Q. Do you have a phone number?
A. No, we do not have a phone number. All of our correspondence is done via email and we make sure all emails are answered in a very timely manner.
