Q. I do not want to place an internet order.
Do you have other options?
A. Yes, just place your order as though your were going to use a
credit card. Instead of selecting the Credit Card option, select Mail in a
Money Order. Send us a money order for the amount along with your order
number and your items will be shipped to you as soon as we receive them.
Q. My Credit Card Statement goes to my P.O.
box and I want my package to go to my house or work. Can I do that?
A. Yes our new billing service allows you to have your package
shipped elsewhere. You will see the option as you check out.
Q. I don't trust ordering over the internet.
Is it safe?
A. Ordering over the internet is probably more secure than using
your telephone. Just make sure it is a secure connection. Some sites do
not offer secure connections when ordering. Bowstrings Unlimited DOES
offer a secure service. When you order you will notice the web address
will change from http to https.
Q. Do you have a phone number?
A. No, we do not have a phone number. All of our correspondence is
done via email and we make sure all emails are answered in a very timely
manner.
